Shipping & Returns

We are SSL certified and never sell or share your information with any other party.

PayPal- We offer PayPal as one of our primary payment methods. Many customers feel more secure not handing over their personal information to every site they visit. For that reason we have incorporated PayPal payments into our website. If you do not have a PayPal account then you may opt to pay by credit card.

Credit Cards-We accept the four major credit cards, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. For your security credit card information is never stored by our website.
 
Shipping Methods - All packages are shipped UPS Ground Service, FedEx, or USPS. We will strive to have your order shipped within 5 business days but please allow upward to 2-4 weeks for deliveries. We may elect to send partial shipments; if we do you will be notified that the rest of your order will arrive soon.

Sales Tax – Real Lineman is located in the state of Missouri and must comply with all applicable sales tax laws within the state.

Damaged Products- Please check over all packages for damage before signing for it. If you find damage report it to the carrier and report back to us as soon as possible. We will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Wrong Shipment- In the event you should receive a product other than the one you ordered, please contact us to resolve the issue. If we find the error was our fault we will pay for the return shipping.

RETURN POLICY

ALL returns that are not due to an order error on the part of Real Lineman will be subject to a 10% fee to cover all transactional costs. In addition--if we provided Free Shipping to you for the product you would like to return then you will be responsible for covering the costs of that shipment plus the return shipment.

We have a NO RETURN policy on all climbing belts. Please be sure to order proper fit.

Returns- If you elect to return an item please note that we only accept unused products with the original packaging. We will then give you a full credit of the purchase price minus 10% transaction fees--you will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the sale--This includes any shipping that Real Lineman paid for initial purchase ( Free Shipping to Customer ) and shipping charges back to Real Lineman. 
 
Returned Footwear- If you elect to return your new boots due to improper fit please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT BOOTS that have been worn outside, scratched, polished or treated, or have had the tags removed. Please wear your boots inside with clean socks until you are completely satisfied with the fit. 

Customers have 30 days from shipment date to return unused products to Real Lineman.
